Window Panel - double polish clear PVC tent window
DAF Window Panel is a new clear double polished soft PVC glass. Our Window Panel has 1,000 hours of Ultraviolet (UV) light protection and will maintain its flexibility and high clarity. Due to the great care built into our manufacturing process our Window Panel is near window clear with almost no flow lines, bubbles, or other imperfections sometimes seen in Double Polished Clear PVC laminations. DAF Window Panel will not scratch because the windowpane print is encapsulated in the middle of the 16 mil double polish clear. Our Window Panel is also Fire Resistant (California Fire Marshall Reg. # F-59301 DAF Window Panel is packaged on 3” cores with 60LY per roll.
• DAF Flex-Clear - double polish clear PVC vinyl
Flexi-Clear is a new optically clear double polished soft PVC glass. Flexi-Clear has 1,000 hours of Ultraviolet (UV) light protection and will maintain its flexibility and high clarity. Due to the great care built into our manufacturing process Flexi-Clear is near window clear with almost no flow lines, bubbles, or other imperfections sometimes seen in Double Polished Clear PVC laminations. DAF Flexi-Clear is also Fire Resistant (California Fire Marshall Reg. # F-59301), and resistant to temperatures of -40F degrees (cold crack rating). Available in slit widths of 54” and 61”, Flexi-Clear is packaged on 3” cores with 60LY per roll. Flexi-Clear is ideal for a number of applications such as tent windows, boat windows, dining room enclosures, cushions, automobile seats, etc.
• DAF UltraTop 12-9 - 3 ply UV protected 12 oz
DAF UltraTop 12-9 is a new high-strength, waterproof, light translucent, fire-resistant, low-abrasion tent and outdoor structure fabric. UV protection of 1000 hours helps maintain the polished, dirt resistant finish of this world-class structure for years of care free service. A tough 9X9 1000D polyester reinforcing scrim has produced one of the toughest structure materials available. The translucent white fabric allows plenty of light to filter into the structure. Ultratop 12-9 translucent white us ideal for lightweight canopies and Sidewall Construction.

DAF UltraTop 15-9 Translucent is a new high-strength, waterproof, lightproof, fire-resistant, low-abrasion tent and outdoor structure fabric. UV protection of 1000 hours helps maintain the polished, dirt resistant finish of this world-class structure for years of carefree service. DAF UltraTop 15-9 Opaque is a new high-strength, waterproof, lightproof, fire-resistant, low-abrasion tent and outdoor structure fabric. DAF UltraTop 15-9 Opaque incorporates a “photo black” film within that completely blocks unwanted sunlight from without. • DAF Shield - A non-plasticizing 70denier nylon barrier fabric
A new non-plasticizing, nylon healthcare fabric, designed to protect inner foam mattresses from the known degradation effects of plasticizer migration. Specifically designed with an extremely low Moisture Vapor Transmission rate (MVT), DAF Shield protects your valuable inner mattress against potential damage caused by leakage of water vapor and body fluids through the fabric and into the mattress itself. DAF Shield is fire-resistant, antibacterial, and handles like a dream on the cutting table and in the sewing machine. Finally, DAF Shield is backed by DAF Products unique Premier Partnership Program.
• DAF NoSlip - polyester knit backing, with a non-slip PVC film
DAF NoSlip is a super soft, high friction/non-skid, 2-ply healthcare fabric, aimed at preventing mattresses, pads and cushions from sliding off their base foundations (box spring, wheelchairs, chairs, exam tables, etc.) DAF NoSlip is easy to cut, easy to sew, and easy to handle. NoSlip is fire resistant (CAL 117) and has been treated with DAF’s anti-microbial agent against both gram+ and gram– bacteria. DAF NoSlip is the perfect healthcare fabric for mattress/cushion/pad bottoms.
• DAF ElectroGuard - 3-ply laminate w/ a conductive carbon film
A new lightweight, high strength line of electrically conductive Healthcare fabrics, ideal for use in mattresses, pads, and cushions. ElectroGuard consists of a reinforced PVC fabric backed with an electrically conductive carbon film. The low resistance/highly conductive film aids in channeling static electricity away from the patient, away from potentially explosive vapors, and away from sensitive electrical diagnostic monitoring equipment. ElectroGuard is easy cut and sew, and an ideal candidate for healthcare and institutional mattress/pad/cushions markets, where electrostatic discharge (ESD) is of concern (operating rooms, electrophysiology labs, NMR & MRI rooms, ECG & EKG labs, transport gurneys, anywhere sensitive electronics are found).
• DAF CoverFab - 3-ply laminate w/ polyester scrim
CoverFab is an economical Poly Vinyl Chloride/polyester scrim reinforced fabric used extensively for shower and privacy curtains and hospital cart and tray covers. CoverFab provides a fluid-proof surface, which is extremely easy to clean and yet, maintains its soft and pliable hand for years of carefree service. CoverFab fabric is flame-resistant, anti-bacterial, fluid proof, stain resistant and easy to handle and sew. It is an ideal fabric for the applications named above in hospitals, nursing homes, surgi-centers, and clinics. CoverFab is treated with an effective anti-bacterial agent against the most common gram negative and gram positive bacteria. Available in 72.5” widths in the following colors: Mint Green, Mauve, Fawn, Clear, Dune, White Lt Blue, Royal Blue and Navy. Custom colors and widths are also available as a special order.
• DAF SuppleKnit II - coated polyurethane w/ polyester knit backing
DAF SuppleKnit II is a NEW high performance pressure-reducing healthcare fabric designed to reduce patient interface pressures and simultaneously promote healing via the active evaporation of water and cooling at patient pressure points. Comprised of a low shear Polyurethane- Coated skin and a 4-way stretch polyester knit fabric backing, SuppleKnit II is breathable. It has also been treated with an anti-bacterial agent effective against the most common gram negative and gram positive bacteria. The marriage between a low-shear protective polymer membrane and a 4-way stretch fabric, makes this a “state of the art” healthcare fabric, perfect for mattresses, pads, and cushions. The unique combination of low shear (reduced friction between patient & product) , the ability to reduce interface pressures, the protection of an effective antibacterial agent, and active evaporation/cooling at patient pressure points make SuppleKnit II an outstanding fabric for bedridden patients and those prone to the formation of decubitis ulcers.
