DAF Anti-Bacterial Laminated Mattress Ticking Fabrics are fluid-proof, flame resistant, anti-fungal and mildew resistant. They are the ideal fabrics for mattresses used in hospitals, nursing homes, correctional institutions, school dormitories, and other institutional applications. DAF AB is also used extensively for the bottoms of higher end mattresses, hospital pads and wheelchair cushions. DAF AB comes in widths from 7/8” to 96”.
DAF AB 9-9
is an economical polyvinyl chloride, 9x9 polyester scrim reinforced
mattress ticking laminated fabric. Our standard color is light
green. Custom colors are available on request with a minimum
order.
DAF AB 10-1
is the most economical reinforced polyvinyl chloride laminated mattress
ticking fabric. The 18x9 polyester reinforcement provides greater
stability. Our standard color is light green. Custom
colors are available on request with a minimum order.
DAF Breathable Fabrics consist of a nylon taffeta outer
fabric coated with a layer of polyurethane underneath. They are
breathable and water/moisture resistant. Our light weight versions
of this fabric can be used for pillows while the heavier versions are
suitable for cushions and pad. The standard width is 58”.
DAF Breathable 170 consists of a 70
denier nylon taffeta outer fabric coated with a thin layer of
polyurethane underneath. Breathable 170 weighs 2.0 oz per square yard.
Standard colors are yellow, aqua, and light blue.
DAF Breathable 270 consists of a 70 denier nylon
taffeta outer fabric coated with a double layer of polyurethane
underneath. Breathable 270 weighs 2.5 oz per square yard. The
standard color is navy blue. Custom colors are available on
request with a minimum order.
DAF Breathable 2210 fabric consists of a 210 denier
nylon oxford outer fabric, coated with a thin 1.5 mil layer of
polyurethane underneath, ideal for use in healthcare mattresses, pads,
and cushions. With an overall thickness of .008”. The
standard color is navy blue. Custom colors are available on
request with a minimum order.
DAF RoyalTouch 870
is a nylon/PVC fabric with a 70 denier nylon taffeta fabric backed with
a strong PVC film. Royal Touch 870 is easy to cut and sew.
It is water resistant and flame retardant. The look, feel, and
performance of this healthcare fabric is similar to the more expensive
neo-butyl rubber-backed nylons but available at a fraction of the cost.
DAF Royal Touch 870 comes in 58”. The standard color is navy blue.

DAF Super Double Polish Clear (SDPC) double-polished clear PVC Vinyl is an
optically clear double-polished soft PVC film. DAF SDPC has 1,000
hours of Ultraviolet (UV) light protection. DAF SDPC is
fire-resistant and resistant to temperatures of -20F degrees (cold crack
rating). Available in slit widths of 54”, 61” and 72”, SDPC is
packaged on 3” cores with 60LY per roll. DAF SDPC is available in 16 ga.
and 20 ga.thickness.

DAF CoverFab
is an economical polyvinyl chloride with a reinforced polyester scrim
that is used for shower curtains. CoverFab provides a fluid-proof
surface which is easy to clean and yet maintains its soft and pliable
hand for years of carefree service. CoverFab fabric is anti-bacterial,
fluid proof, mildew resistant and easy to cut and sew. It is an ideal
fabric used in hospitals, nursing homes, surgi-centers, and clinics for
applications such as hospital cart, tray covers, as well as shower
curtain and privacy curtains. Available in clear, white,
black, light blue, navy blue, royal blue, dune, fawn, mint green, green,
mauve, and red. The standard width is 72.5”.
DAF Super Double Polish Clear
is an optically clear double-polished soft PVC film. It comes in thicknesses of 16 and 20 ga.

Triage Tents and Emergency Shelters
DAF reinforced and double-polished clear tent fabrics are fire-resistant to meet the requirements of California administrative code title 19 public safety section 1237.
DAF 12-9 is a high-strength, water-proof,
light-translucent, fire-resistant, low-abrasion tent and outdoor
structure fabric made with a 9x9 1000D polyester reinforcing scrim. The
UV protection helps maintain the polished, dirt resistant finish. The
translucent white fabric allows plenty of light to filter into the
structure. Ultra top 12-9 translucent white is ideal for lightweight
canopies and sidewall construction. The standard width is 61”.
Widths up to 128” are available with a minimum order.
DAF 15-9 Opaque is a high-strength,
water-proof, fire-resistant, low-abrasion tent and outdoor structure
fabric. DAF UltraTop 15-9 incorporates a “black out” film that
completely blocks unwanted sun light. UV protection helps maintain the
polished, dirt resistant finish. The 9X9 1000D polyester
reinforcing scrim produces a tough structure material. The standard
color is white polish opaque. The standard width is 61”.
Widths up to 128” are available with a minimum order.
DAF SDPC double-polished clear PVC Vinyl is an
optically clear double-polished soft PVC film. Flexi-Clear has 1,000
hours of Ultraviolet (UV) light protection. DAF Flexi-Clear is
fire-resistant and resistant to temperatures of -20F degrees (cold crack
rating). Available in slit widths of 54”, 61” and 72”, Flexi-Clear is
packaged on 3” cores with 60LY per roll. DAF Flexi-Clear is ideal for a
number of applications such as tent windows, room enclosures, and tent
sidewalls. FLEXI-CLEAR is available in four thicknesses: 16 ga.
and 20 ga.
